Jen has been an excellent resource and coach who has a great wealth of knowledge in this area, but most importantly her knowledge of work outside the conventional box of medicine helped to identify a possible trigger causing my IBS symptoms. Jen has been an attentive coach who always answers questions in a timely manner, and provides suggestions and recommendations based on her own experiences and knowledge base. I have noticed my gut seems to be more relaxed, not gaseous, never bloated. My digestion is working well, and I seem to have more energy. I’ve been eating so clean, that I think it’s definitely affecting my mood in a very positive way, as my attitude is great.
