Jen’s approach was so impressive, that I engaged her for my team at work, and referred her to my daughter. My son was the one that referred her to me, or I would’ve referred her to him as well. I've become much more conscious of what I’m eating and balancing my protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Just by doing that, and not depriving myself in anyway, I’ve lost one pant size and two belt holes.
