It’s that time of year again. The weather is getting cooler, stress is ramping up around the holidays, and people are getting sick. I’ve heard from so many people who have the flu, a cold, or a stomach bug.

I used to get sick too. It was almost inevitable that I would get strep, bronchitis, or the flu. My husband used to always get a really bad cold the same time every year. That doesn’t happen to us anymore, and essential oils are a big reason why.

Wouldn’t you like to have an easy, safe, and immediate solution to prevent seasonal threats before they start? Essential oils are an incredible tool to support your immune system, promote healthy cells, and reduce stress to help keep you and your family protected and feeling well.

Here are 8 of my must-have essential oils to keep you healthy this winter.

On Guard

On Guard, is a protective blend that provides natural and effective immune support. It protects against environmental and seasonal threats with essential oils known for their positive effects on the immune system.

You can take On Guard internally on a daily basis to maintain healthy immune function and support healthy cardiovascular function. You can also use it on surfaces throughout the home as a non-toxic cleaner. When diffused, On Guard helps purify and cleanse the air, and it smells amazing!

Frankincense

Frankincense is renowned as one of the most prized and precious essential oils and has extraordinary health benefits. As the king of oils, Frankincense supports healthy cellular function and a strong immune system.

You can inhale or diffuse this oil to promote feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction, and overall wellness.

Lavender

Lavender is widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities. Just add a few drops to bath water to soak away stress or apply to the temples and the back of the neck. You can also add a few drops of Lavender to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet to promote a restful night’s sleep.

Lemon

Lemon has multiple benefits and uses. It’s a powerful cleansing agent that purifies the air and surfaces, and can be used as a non-toxic cleaner throughout the home.

You can add a couple drops to water for a refreshing and healthy boost throughout the day. When you take lemon internally, it provides cleansing and digestive benefits and supports healthy respiratory function.

Citrus oils have a chemical constituent in them called l-limonene that helps with the production of the master antioxidant glutathione (think brain energy). Glutathione is responsible for binding to toxins and pulling them out.

DigestZen

DigestZen is known as the “tummy tamer” blend due to its ability to aid in digestion, soothe occasional stomach upset, and maintain overall digestive health. It’s an absolute must to have on hand when stomach upset occurs, and it is safe and very effective.

DigestZen is a healthy, natural, and gentle way to soothe an upset stomach and maintain a healthy digestive system.

Breathe

Breathe is an oil blend designed to help you maintain feelings of clear airways and easy breathing while minimizing the effects of seasonal threats. You can apply it topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet, or diffuse it at nighttime to calm the senses and promote a restful sleep.

Peppermint

Peppermint helps alleviate occasional stomach upset and promotes healthy respiratory function. For stomach and digestive support, take 1 drop internally or apply to the abdomen. For respiratory support, you can inhale, diffuse, or apply to chest.
