Josh, like many of us, struggled with digestive issues throughout his life. When he was in college, he had a number of digestive issues—gas/bloating, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, lack of energy, mood swings. And often struggled to keep relationships, avoid missing classes, and pursue his pro baseball player dreams. He did manage to be a college baseball player, move across the country, and graduate with honors, but it wasn’t easy.
Instead of giving up though, Josh learned to treat and manage his SIBO. He saw numerous doctors, tried many treatment options (natural and pharmaceutical), and experimented with different remedies. He continues to educate himself on the latest research and has come to a point where he can eat a wider variety of foods, socialize with friends, and just enjoy life.
With other SIBO sufferers in mind, he created SIBO Survivor. A site devoted to knowledge and products that can improve others’ quality of life. Josh is very open about the challenges many face when overcoming SIBO, but there are many things you can do to treat and manage SIBO and he teaches you how.
To find out more about Josh and how you can connect with him, please check out SIBO Survivor.
Do you struggle with SIBO? What have you done to treat and/or manage it? I’d love to hear what others are doing to heal.
