Our sessions together are all about you and your personal needs and goals. We will work together to customize a plan to maximize your success.
The services that are part of my nutrition coaching include:
- food/dietary protocols
- shopping lists
- sample meal plans and meal planning resources
- supplement/essential oil protocols when needed
- diagnostic testing (if necessary)
- stress management resources
We will work together to implement an effective, sustainable strategy that works with your lifestyle.
We’ll take a “wholistic” approach, so we start with food but we also address other critical healing components such as stress, sleep, detox, and exercise.
1-time 30-minute strategy session – $50
Not sure if health coaching is right for you? Schedule a one-time discounted phone consult where we will discuss your most pressing issue/goal and offer solutions for moving forward. From there, you would schedule a New Client Consultation.
New Client Consultation – $200
1-hour initial session in which we review your intake paperwork and lay out a customized strategy involving nutrition protocols, food resources, meal planning, etc.
1-Hour Follow Up – $125
Schedule as needed after your new client consultation. I recommend every other week in the beginning.
1- Hour Follow Up (10 Session Pack) – $1000
Are you committed to success? Then a 10-session pack is the most cost effective option for you. 10 sessions is the average amount of time I work with clients. It usually takes about 90-days to fully implement all of the strategies so they become lifestyle habits.
