You don’t feel good, and it sucks. I get it. Whether you’re dealing with physical pain, fatigue, gut issues, anxiety, or sleep problems, you don’t feel as good as you know you could feel. Doctors may tell you that you’re fine, but you know you’re not. You want answers. You want solutions. But where do you start?
That’s where I come in. As your health and nutrition coach, I will help you navigate your healing journey. Trying to figure things out on your own can be incredibly overwhelming and frustrating. You don’t have to do it by yourself.
While we’ll certainly address diet and incorporating the most nourishing foods that serve you and make you feel good, that’s only one component of healing. We’ll also address stress management, negative emotions, physical activity, sleep, and more.
In addition to creating a customized nutritional plan, I may suggest additional testing and natural supplementation. I also use medicinal-grade essential oils in many of my protocols with clients.
We’ll discuss all of this in your 1-hour new client consultation. You’ll leave this first appointment with a customized nutrition plan and healing protocol. From there, you can schedule follow up appointments in 30-minute or 1-hour blocks of time.
I generally recommend that most of my clients commit to at least 3 months of health coaching. Healing takes time, consistency, and a commitment to change.
