Welcome! I’m so glad to have you here. My name is Jen Broyles, and I’m a Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping people restore their health naturally and enjoy life. If you’ve come to my website, then I imagine you’re looking for answers and natural solutions to feel better. You’re in the right place.
I’ve encountered my own share of health issues starting with digestive problems in my early 20’s. Over time, that led to other health issues, like hormone imbalance, anxiety, and skin issues. I went to doctors hoping for answers and solutions but I just got medications that didn’t work. I never even thought that all of these issues might actually be connected.
Not getting the answers I wanted, I started doing my own reading and research about nutrition and lifestyle. I became passionate about holistic health and I returned to school to study integrative nutrition. I’ve gained a ton of valuable information over the years through working with many experienced doctors, functional medicine practitioners, alternative medicine practitioners, and testing things out on myself.
I understand that figuring out the root cause/causes of your chronic health issues is the key to healing. This will likely involve diet tweaks, supplementation, lab testing, and stress management work. It also requires a commitment to change and the belief that you can heal.
I want to help you navigate your path to healing in an effort to save you time, money, and days of not feeling well. You shouldn’t have to navigate this path on your own. It can be incredibly overwhelming and frustrating. Trust me – I’ve been there! I want you to feel like your vibrant self again as soon as possible!
Whether you’re symptoms are mild or your symptoms are more severe, I would love to offer you one-on-one support and guidance. You are not in this alone, and you can feel better.
