Jen’s coaching is so beneficial. I enjoyed learning the role that stress plays in our life and the aspects that it affects. She provides tools to decrease stress , teaches the benefits of essential oils, and the importance of clean eating. I loved that Jen shared personal resources, a meal plan, and supplement and essential oils protocols. The feedback and community from the group was helpful. We all were experiencing the same issues.
