We're one month into the new year. How are you feeling? By now, most people who make New Years resolutions have failed. They started off strong, and then the momentum dissolved and they gave up. You may be one of those people. I've been there. It doesn't feel good. You may be feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because you can't seem to stick to the healthy habits you really want to create. Perhaps your internal narrative is highly critical. You're not alone.
Many of us make resolutions each year, only to find that we can't keep them. That's why I don't make New Years resolutions. Haha!! But I do create goals and I do set intentions. And while over the years I've probably failed more times than I've succeeded, by now I know I can create a habit and stick with with it.
And that's what I'm sharing with you today. How to create healthy habits that stick.
For me, the key players in creating positive change in my life has been accountability, breathwork, and moving through self-sabotage patterns (more on that later).
