I’m turning 40 this Friday! I can’t believe it. I feel like I was just in college. But when I look back over the years, I realize how much I’ve changed, evolved and grown. I’m a completely different person than I was at 20. My priorities have shifted, my lifestyle has totally changed (for the better), and my outlook and perspective on life has evolved.
What I’m sharing today are 40 healthy habits that will help you create a life of health, vitality, and happiness. These are things that I’ve learned and incorporated over the years. Many of them I’m still working on and constantly improving upon.
